AVAILABLE POSITIONS

WELLNESS COORDINATOR

We are currently seeking a part-time Wellness Coordinator to design, market and implement wellness programs in the greater Seattle metro area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, program and conduct individual and small-group personal training and wellness coaching.

  • Work with the client and the Vivecorp programming team to successfully coordinate client’s wellness program.

  • Provide subject-matter expertise on wellness, prevention, nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.

  • Nurture the program’s brand identity, awareness, and growth to engage and convert employees to program participants/users.

  • Oversee event planning and resourcing for events by coordinating with the client, contracted resources, and other program stakeholders as needed.

  • Recruit, engage, and deploy wellness champions.

  • Conduct employee research to ensure the success and sustainability of the program.

  • Provide regular data and reporting to the client to measure program success and identify opportunities. Also, present and participate in all client meetings as deemed necessary.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an ongoing and consistent way

  • Proven ability to utilize data and analytics to drive new insights and enhance the program

  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills

  • Vendor management experience

  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with varied populations

  • Quality written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications

 

CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

  1. Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACSM, NASM and NSCA preferred)

  2. Ideal but not required - wellness coaching certification (CHES, CWWS, Certified Wellcoach, etc.)

  3. Current CPR/FA/AED certification

  4. A 4-year degree in a related field or applicable combinations of education and experience required.

FITNESS SPECIALIST

Vivecorp’s Fitness Specialist assists members in safe and effective exercise and performs a wide range of technical exercise and administrative duties in our clients’ fitness centers.

  • Conduct health assessments and fitness center orientations.

  • Assist with the delivery of a variety of Vivecorp and client-specific health improvement programs & promotions.

  • Promote program offerings and conduct outreach activities to increase participation, re-engage inactive members and acquire new members.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all equipment.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in fitness assessment and exercise prescription.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.

  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with varied populations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G Suite applications

 
CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

  • Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACSM, NASM and NSCA preferred)

GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

We currently have openings for contracted Group Fitness Instructors at multiple locations in the greater Seattle metro region to conduct group fitness sessions for a variety of formats (Bootcamp/Yoga/Pilates/TRX/Cycle).

The successful candidate will have:

Experience and enthusiasm for working with varied populations, ideally in a corporate environment

  • Nationally recognized group exercise certification

  • CPR/AED certification

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST

We have positions available for a contracted professional Massage Therapist to assist us with a busy practice within an on-site corporate fitness center. We provide convenient 30-75 minute massage therapy sessions to relieve tension and promote a healthy mindset among our clients. QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have:

 

Current Certifications and Licenses:

  • Current and valid state license for massage therapy

  • WA Business License

  • 4+ years’ experience as a professional massage therapist

  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with varied populations, ideally in a corporate environment

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills

ERGONOMIST

We are seeking a talented and driven professional in the field of ergonomics, occupational health, safety, and compliance to provide on-call, contracted office ergonomic services to our clients in the Seattle, WA area.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver employee training and coaching programs to include clinics, workshops and lunch and learns

  • Individual job coaching, ergonomics assessment and injury prevention services

  • Ergonomic software management and data analysis

  • Writing of technical reports

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience and enthusiasm for working with varied populations in a corporate environment

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Reliable transportation required

 

Current Certifications and Licenses:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics or a related discipline

  • Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE) certification, or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) is an asset

  • WA Business License

  • Proof of Business Insurance (COI)

  • 4+ years’ of experience in the field of office ergonomics or occupational health & safety

 

Location: Seattle area
